Tanja was admitted to the bar in 2004.

As corporate lawyer with a years’ long track record of working for international law firms, Tanja joined KWR in 2022 as a partner.

Being a transaction specialist, she offers the full remit of corporate and M&A expertise to a wide range of clients in the industrial, energy and real estate markets, with a focus on renewable energy (solar and onshore wind) and development projects. With a strong sector insight into the renewable energy market, Tanja advises portfolio transactions on the sell- and buy-side, auction transactions, all permutations of joint ventures, early-stage alliances, and project development businesses. Her experience includes the advising and handling of cross-border transactions.

Tanja’s clients include mid-cap companies, financial investors, utilities, banks and project developers. She advises her clients in all aspects of corporate matters throughout a company’s life cycle and handles for them legal challenges arising from general commercial law and contract matters.
