Simone Birkner was admitted to the bar in 2011.

Simone Birkner began her legal career at boutique law firm, where she most recently dealt with corporate and business law as well as general contract drafting.

At KWR, Simone Birkner advises domestic and foreign clients on all questions of corporate and business law. She accompanies her clients comprehensively from the foundation of the company to its sale or liquidation. In doing so, she advises on the choice of the appropriate legal form, the drafting of articles of association, the holding of shareholders’ and general meetings, shareholder disputes as well as share purchases, corporate transactions and reorganizations including due diligences. In addition, she supports and represents her clients in general contract negotiations and drafting.
